Some data may be shared with trusted providers essential to the service: Firebase (notifications and analytics), Google Play (Android distribution), and our logistics and business partners (restaurants, drivers).
Tunavis never sells your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

We implement robust security measures: encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), strict access controls, hashed passwords, and regular system audits.
4. Account Creation and Management
Drivers: account created after registration approval, with access to available missions.
Restaurants: partner account after admin approval, with order dashboard access.
Customers: use without mandatory account; order data kept for tracking and support.
5. User Data Deletion
Drivers: deletion request via Account Settings or email to contact@tunavis.com.
Restaurants: request by email to contact@tunavis.com with justification.
Customers: request via contact form or email; non-legal data deleted within 30 days.
6. Age Limitation and Child Protection
Drivers and restaurant partners must be at least 18 years old. The customer service is available to the general public; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
7. Data Retention
Inactive accounts: deletion or anonymization after 24 months of inactivity.
Billing data: legal retention of 5 years.
Geolocation and order history: kept as long as needed for service, support, and legal obligations.
